Choco Banana Smoothie

This smoothie’s got all the good stuff—fiber, protein, and a solid dose of vitamins—to keep you full, energized, and feeling good. Simple ingredients, big benefits.
Inspired by Phoenix Cafe Paradise Hot Springs, Costa Rica
Liquid:
- ½ cup water 
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk 
Protein:
- 1 scoop Chocolate BWBK protein powder 
- 1 scoop collagen powder 
Veggies:
- 1 scant cup frozen spinach 
Fiber:
- ¼ cup banana 
- 2 tbsp flaxseed or 2 tbsp chia seeds (or 1 tsp psyllium husk) 
Healthy Fats:
- 1 tbsp almonds 
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy
