High-Protein Tuna Salad

Regular mayos have things like soybean oil, natural flavors and calcium disodium ETDA in their ingredients.

Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise is made with avocado oil, organic eggs, organic vinegar, sea salt, and organic rosemary extract.

High-protein Tuna Salad

1 Can Wild Planet Wild-Caught Tuna drained

2 tbsp of Primal Kitchen Mayo to taste OR, boost protein by using an Organic Grass-fed Greek or A2 Yougurt.

1 tbsp Bubble Sweet Pickle Relish

1 stalk celery chopped

1 tbsp red onion finely chopped

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together.

Chop ½ or more of a Romaine Head of Lettuce

1 cup organic grape or cherry tomatoes rinsed 

1 tbsp Organic Sherry Vinegar

Put it all together

Fill your bowl with lettuce, sprinkle with Sherry Vinegar and salt

Scoop the tuna salad on top of the lettuce

Top with tomatoes and broccoli sprouts

Sprinkle Roasted Organic Pumpkin Seeds on Top for another 5 grams of protein
